I would like to know when you Moms find to be the best time of the year to visit with kids (a 4 year old and a 6 month old). I'm not sure what the pros and cons of each season are. Thank you so much for your input! =D

    Hi Perla!

How exciting to be in the early stages of planning your Walt Disney World vacation. When my kids were that small, I took advantage of seasons when older children were in school. The holiday season (though beautiful) is notoriously crowded, as are 3-day weekends like Memorial Day or Veteran's Day. I'd avoid the Spring Break season, too. Here are my top favorite months to visit: early May ... beautiful weather, Epcot's Flower & Garden Festival, lower crowds during the 1st three weeks of the month. September ... warm weather for swimming, lower crowds. October ... Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, typically lower crowds and mild weather.

Some guests like to visit in January, too, however I find the weather to be on the chilly side and it seems to be a popular time for Disney to refurbish attractions.

What months are you considering? I'd be delighted to help you choose a great week to travel. Hope to hear from you soon, Perla!
