Hi there, Shannon!
I’m so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question! It sounds like you’re dreaming up a magical summer visit to
Magic Kingdom, and I totally get wanting to plan around those unforgettable moments, like catching the Festival of Fantasy Parade!
While
showtimes for June haven’t fully rolled out on the calendar just yet, I’m happy to share that the
Festival of Fantasy Parade is still very much part of the magic at Walt Disney World Resort. Typically, it runs daily, usually around mid-afternoon, and sometimes runs a second showing on busier days. But those times can change depending on the day. My go-to tip is to check the
entertainment schedule on the Walt Disney World website or the
My Disney Experience app as your travel dates get closer, since those will have the most up-to-date info.
Now, I have to tell you, there’s even more to be excited about! Disney recently announced that a brand-new nighttime parade called
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away will debut at Magic Kingdom later this summer. They haven’t shared the official launch date just yet, but it’s definitely something to keep your eye on. I have a feeling it’s going to be stunning! I hope you get pixie dusted and it kicks off while you’re there!
In the meantime, keep checking back for updates, and don’t worry. There’s still
a ton of pixie-dusted entertainment on the horizon.
If you have more questions as you plan your magical getaway, I’d be thrilled to help however I can! Wishing you sunshine, happy hearts, and parade magic ahead! ~Emille
