I would like to know if the Ears to the world service is still available. I've been reading about the translator device in several websites, but I haven't found anything in Disney's official website.

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Klebson! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question, pal!

After speaking with a wonderful Guest Relations Cast Member today, I am happy to report that the Ears to the World translation service is still available as of July 9th, 2022! All you need to do is head to any Guest Relations location within the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks and request the device. The Ears to the World service is super handy for Guests who might need a little help understanding what's happening on certain attractions, but it's important to remember that there are some attractions and experiences where alternate commentary isn't available.

Klebson, I would also like to take this moment to remind you that park maps are also available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Japanese. In addition to this, there are tons of bilingual and even multilingual Cast Members throughout the Resort, and they're more than happy to help with any questions you might have! Just be on the lookout for a golden box below their EARidescent name tags in order to see what their additional languages are.

I hope that your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth is everything that you wish for and so much more. Please don't hesitate to come back with any other questions in English or in Portuguese! You know that we're always available and happy to help.

    Have a magical day,
