Welcome to planDisney, Daniela!
Thank you for stopping by with an excellent question. You will be making memories at
The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few days! I cannot wait for you to enjoy all the unforgettable experiences that await you!
Although Ears to the World service is no longer available at the Walt Disney World Resort, complimentary theme park maps in different languages are still offered at all four theme parks, including Spanish. You should be able to find them right upon entering the parks, but you can also stop by
Guest Relations, and they will be happy to provide them for you. Guest Relations is also a great place to go if you need assistance in Spanish, and you will also notice that several Cast Members speak your beautiful language. Their name tags will show if they can speak other languages besides English.
As you prepare for your visit, I recommend visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort website that is available especially for Chilean Guests in Spanish. You will find information on all four theme parks, attractions, special events, Disney Resorts Collection hotels, dining, and more! If you have an Instagram account, remember to follow
Disney World Latino for news, updates, and special content on the Walt Disney World Resort.
It was a pleasure answering your question, Daniela. When you visit us again, stop by
planDisney in Spanish. Our panelists will be glad to assist you
en español!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
