I know that DVC resorts can sell out and be unavailable to new members. I wont be joining for a few yrs; I am a recent college grad and single. Would love to join when I have a family of my own. Will I be too late? Will there be any left in 5 or 10 yrs?

    Howdy Ainsley!

Let me first congratulate you on your recent college graduation!!

I love that you are considering a Disney Vacation Club Membership, even if now is not the perfect time.

Since becoming members in 1997, I believe six new Disney Vacation Club Resorts have opened at Walt Disney World alone.  I want to make it clear that I have no idea what new magic the Cast Members at DVC may be working on but I would imagine that they have ideas for new resorts to cater to the ever expanding number of Guests hoping to make magical memories as DVC Members.

I met one DVC Member who calls The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa "home."  However, he has never been there.  He typically vacations at Walt Disney World but loves the flexibility that Disney Vacation Club offers for travel worldwide.  Disney Vacation Club Members have access to over 500 resorts worldwide!  I tell you this only to let you know how large Disney Vacation Club is and to illustrate to you the potential for Members in the future.

I am truly touched by your question.  I love that you are already planning to make magical memories with your future family.  I think you will find that Disney Vacation Club will continue to grow and expand and there will be plenty of opportunities in the years to come that you will be able to enjoy the awe-inspiring benefits of a DVC Membership.  The phone number for Disney Vacation Club is (800) 500-3990.  If you need further details, I know any of the Guides would be delighted to share further information with you.

Thank you so much for your question!!!  Best wishes as begin this next journey.  Enjoy every magical moment!!!
