Hi Jennifer!
So glad that you STROLLed by planDisney with your question! Having a stroller for little ones is so vital, you could say it’s an absolute MUST for
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. When my kids were little, my double stroller was a lifesaver! It ensured that I was organized and not exhausted from schlepping my kids around the parks. There’s just something about that dedicated space to keep a diaper bag, sippy cups, snacks,
the works. Plus, it keeps the kids from complaining about walking!
You are smart to check in advance to make sure your double stroller fits within the
posted size guidelines. Having checked your Contour Element double stroller online, it appears to be within the 31 x 52 inch dimensions allowed for strollers. Just to be sure, I’d DOUBLE check the measurements before arriving at the parks.
Limiting the size of strollers came about to improve the overall flow of Guests in the parks and to minimize any congestion in the pathways. Especially with the overarching objective to keep Guests appropriately
socially distanced, having less space taken up by bigger strollers and wagons makes that more feasible.
One of my all-time magical theme park memories was when my 1-year-old son (who is now 16) was sound asleep in our double stroller. We put a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal beside him and it was bigger than he was! Hard to believe, considering my son is now over 6 feet tall!
Pop a wheelie and head straight back to planDisney with any other questions you might have before your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.
See ya real soon!
