Hi! We know we don't plan on getting the Disney dining plan but is just the quick-service plan worth it? With 4 kids I'm sure we will be eating a lot there anyways. So better to pay now or just wait and pay as we eat? Thanks!

    Hi Rose!

If your kids are good eaters, then I'd say it's well worth it!  If they easily split meals, and don't finish it all, or are bigger snack eaters, then it might not be worth it.  It really depends on the kids.

When ours were younger, we could easily split a kids meal between our oldest two, and our daughter would just share with us.  We could easily supplement with a small bowl of fruit, and have enough for everyone!  Now, as they are getting older, and bigger, their appetites are growing, and they are finishing their own meals.  The dining plan is more of a value to us now, as we are, in most situations purchasing 5 individual meals at a sitting, where as before, we'd buy 2 to 3 meals to fill us up.

Another bonus of purchasing a dining plan is that you'll have an even better idea of what your vacation cost would be, as the dining is already factored in.  To me, it's a great relief to know that that important part is paid for!

    Have a magical vacation!
