Hi KerriAnn! Thanks for sailing to planDisney with your question!
It looks like you are about ready to set sail! That's so exciting. I'd love to help you prepare for your upcoming vacation.
As Disney Cruise Line agents review all of the identity documents and photos that are uploaded during the check-in process, it can take a while to hear that your forms have been reviewed. You should receive an email stating "Check-In Finalized" when all of your documents are cleared. If you have not received this email within three days of your sailing, I recommend that you
call Disney Cruise Line to ask about the status of your documents.
As it is about time to
zip up those suitcases and sail away, please be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before you leave home. If you've already downloaded the app, check to see that you have the latest version. Once you are onboard the ship, the app will display your Daily Activity Schedule so you can have access to everything that is happening onboard. One fun tip: if you click the heart icon next to an activity that you don't want to miss, the app will send you a notification (so long as they are enabled) about fifteen minutes before the fun is set to begin. That way you won't miss out on anything!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
