    Hi, I would like to know if Disney's Riverside Resort has microwave ovens in the rooms? My vacation begins December 5, 2016. Magic Bands are customized but when should I expect to receive them?

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Pay attention at your MDE account. You have thirty days prior to your visit to customize your MagicBands, after that you will receive the gray ones. After customizing them, the status at your  MDE changes to shipped and it happens, usually, two or three days after your customization. They use Fedex, UPS and others ways to delivery it . Around  three weeks prior to your visit you supposed to have your MagicBands. You will not find microwaves at Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside rooms. But you can use the ones located at the main lobby at the food court. If you plan on using them much, you better ask for a room close enough because Disney's Resort are huge and it could be a long walking distance. Maybe consider pay for a preferred room. Those rooms are close to resort's  amenities, bus stop, main lobby, food court and the store.
