    I know that the Disneyland Haunted Mansion Holiday opens on August 22nd. What is the closure date to install the overlay. We are looking to go to the park the last weekend in July, but don’t want to plan the trip for when it is closed.

    Summertime at The Happiest Place on Earth is truly magical! Our family has our favorite attractions, and Haunted Mansion is one of them. The Daily Events Schedule is released approximately six weeks in advance, and any attractions that will be closed on the date of your visit will be listed there. You are correct that Haunted Mansion Holiday returns on August 22nd with 999 haunts and room for one more! While I can't say for certain, I think Haunted Mansion will still be open given your arrival date is a few weeks before the start of Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.

    During your visit, the Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Celebration will be in full swing! It's going to be very special and filled with new, pixie-dusted offerings. To learn more, check out the Guide to the 70th Anniversary on Disney Parks Blog.
