    I know Disney is trying to make the kids menus healthier, and I am happy with their selections! We have the DDP, so my DS, 6, will be ordering from the kids menu. He loves pepperoni pizza. Will he be allowed to add pepperoni to his cheese pizza?

    Hi Misty!  I totally agree with you that Disney has done a great job offering not only a wider variety of foods, but also more healthy options. 
    I spoke with a Disney food representative by phone, and basically, it will probably depend on where you are eating as to whether or not you can add pepperoni to your child's order.  For most of the counter-service restaurants that offer pizza, the only option on the kid's menu is cheese.  They do usually offer cheese and pepperoni on the adult menu though.  These pizzas are pre-made in order to be time efficient.  You can definitely ask about getting pepperoni put on your child's pizza.  They may be able to accommodate you, but I am guessing that you would have to use one of your adult meal plan services for it.  There is a size difference in the adult and small portions of pizza, and the adult pizza is roughly $2.00 more than the child's.
    However, if you are eating at a table-service restaurant, it's more likely that any pizzas would be made-to-order, and you could ask for pepperoni to be added.  You may have to pay for the pepperoni, but it isn't likely to be much. 
    I know this sounds confusing, but the best thing to do at Disney is just ask!  The cast members always try to be as accommodating as possible, but the answer may vary by location.
