I know Disney will transfer luggage between two Dinsey resorts, but will they transfer between (To or FROM) a Disney Resort and Shades of Green? The military resort?

    Hi Elizabeth,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for bringing your question to us. Split stays, where you transfer between resorts during your time at Walt Disney World Resort, are such a fun way to experience multiple hotels and find extra magic, and Disney does their best to make the transfers as convenient as possible for guests.

Elizabeth, I called Shades of Green Bell Services and asked about luggage transfers between Shades of Green and Disney’s resorts. I was happy to learn that Disney’s Bell Services team does offer transfer both to and from Shades of Green for guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. You will need to contact Disney to arrange this transfer, as it is not handled by Shades of Green.

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel before your stay at Shades of Green, make sure you stop by Bell Services at your resort in advance to arrange the luggage transfer. If you will be transferring from Shades of Green to Disney, you should contact your Disney resort in advance by calling (407) 939-3476 and asking for your specific resort’s Bell Services team. I always like to have a few dollars on hand to tip Bell Services for this lovely service – they are always so helpful and friendly!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,

    Robyn
