Hi there Abby! Thank you for bringing your great question to planDisney, we're so glad you're here!
The expiration date of your Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets will depend on when you purchased your tickets. There are a couple of ways that you'll be able to find this!
The first is to locate the confirmation email you received when you purchased your tickets, the expiration date is located in fine print towards the bottom of the email message. You can also call the
Ticket Services line, and a Cast Member should be able to help confirm your expiration date from your tickets.
The good news is that there is usually a good amount of time before your theme park tickets would expire. For a One-day ticket that is purchased today, it would be valid until December 30, 2025, and for a Multi-day ticket, it must be used within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2026, whichever occurs first. If for some reason your ticket has expired, you do have some options! As long as the ticket is wholly unused, you can apply the value of your expired ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket. The new ticket purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of your original expired ticket.
I hope you're able to get back to the "Happiest Place on Earth" soon, Abby! Did you see that the
Adventureland Treehouse at Disneyland Park recently reopened? I can't wait to check out all of the rooms that were inspired by Walt Disney's Swiss Family Robinson. If we can help with any other questions,
please come back and ask!
Have a magical day,
Melissa
