Hello! I know if you get to Disney before your room is ready you can leave your Carry On items with Bell Services. However I am just curious if I have to be there to get my items by a certain time because I am only traveling with my carry on suitcase.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Keri! Thank you for bringing us your question!

Yes, you are right. The fact that check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. does not mean the fun has to wait and you can totally drop off your luggage (for future reference, you can leave not just your carry-on but all of your bags and suitcases!) with Bell Services. You do not need to be back at a certain time, in fact, if you have theme park tickets for your first day, you can head over to the Parks and spend the entire day there! You will receive a text message and/or email to let you know your room is ready and, at that point, you may decide to go back to your Resort hotel or you may stay at the theme park for as long as you want to!

Keri, I hope this is the information you were hoping to get. I cannot wait to see you again on the panel with more questions! Please come back with more questions as many times as you want to. We will be happy to help you make your vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort as magical as possible!

    See you real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
