    Do you know if Disney will refund the park hopper option that I by accident added on my tickets? We are headed there in December, so they haven't been given to us yet. Thanks

    Hi Kristin,

    As long as you have not activated your theme park tickets by using them to enter any of the Disney parks, you should be able to downgrade your tickets.  Simply take them to a Guest Services desk at Downtown Disney or at the front of any of the four major theme parks to request the change.  The Cast Member who checks you in to your Disney resort may also be able to make the adjustment.
