I want to know if Disney bus transportation is the quickest and easiest way back to the hotel when leaving the park for midday naps for my little ones.

    Hi Tanya,

I think you have a great plan to make sure your little ones stay rested. Walt Disney World is so much fun but it sure is a party! When my boys were small, we made sure not to skimp on sleep and we were all better off!

Depending on the Disney Resort Hotel in which you are staying, you may have a few options. Some Deluxe Resorts can be accessed by boat or Resort Monorail and the rest will use the Walt Disney World Resort Bus Service. I recommend making your way out of the park and to the bus stop about an hour before you want your child to nap. This will help you avoid one of those oh-so-fun meltdowns and hopefully get you back to your room just in time for some shut-eye.

I also want to point out that there is a Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks where you can take a break, change diapers and they also include a separate room for nursing quietly. These were a lifesaver for my family! Check out the video on this page to learn more.

I hope you have a fantastic trip with your little ones, Tanya. Please feel free to stop by if you have any other questions!
