Hey Angela-
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. What do you get when you cross 999 Grim Grinning Ghosts, candy, Disney characters and fireworks? Yep, you guessed it,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Happy HalloWishes fireworks spectacular is sorcery in the sky and my favorite aerial display to date!
Recent security signs and announcements were made to help keep the magic safe and spectacular at Walt Disney World Resort. As of now Guests 14 years and older may not wear costumes or masks into the theme parks even for special events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Here is a complete list of theme park
guidelines.
I am sure more information will be released as time goes on so stay connected to the
Disney Parks Blog and the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party webpage for future details.
Disney Dad Tip: Even though elaborate and home-made costumes are fantastic for adults, we have always kept our “costume” style for comfort such as T-shirts and lightweight pants/shorts/skirts. Last year we dressed in preprinted Toy Story character shirts and this year in preprinted Star Wars shirts. The Force and the Comfort were with us. You could also DisneyBound where you dress in the colors and style of your favorite Disney character.
Angela, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
