Hi, I want to know if i have to make dinner reservation and give my credit card as guarantee if i already bought the dinning plan? Could you please help me. Thanks

    Hi Eugenia!

Yes, you will need to give your credit card number as a guarantee when making Advanced Dining Reservations at some Walt Disney World Table Service restaurants even if you have purchased a Disney Dining Plan. All you have to do is to tell your waiter or waitress that you have the Disney Dining Plan (they will most likely ask you when you are seated or before they take your order if you have a Disney Dining Plan). This credit card hold is to secure your Advanced Dining Reservations and your credit card will be charged $10.00 per person if you fail to show up or fail to cancel 24 hours before your Advanced Dining Reservation. Some restaurants like Cinderella's Royal Table for example, require the price of the whole meal to be charged to your credit card upon booking the Advanced Dining Reservation and then if you use a Dining Plan Credit to pay for your meal your credit card will be refunded.

I hope that all of your meals are magical on your next Walt Disney World vacation!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
