    I know you can make dining reservations 60 days in advance. My question is this: what time do reservations open?

    Hi Julia, welcome to planDisney!

    You bring up a great question, and I'll do my best to help!

    Now while this has not been officially confirmed, through personal experience, and through discussions with my fellow planDisney panelists, it's our understanding that dining reservations will open 60 days in advance at 6 a.m. (California time).

    A few great dining options that I highly recommend are River Belle Terrace and Carnation Café at Disneyland Park. Also, a few options outside of the theme parks are Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel and Storytellers Café at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I've been to both, and my kiddos loved the Character Dining experience!

    Now as you may have discovered, dining reservations tend to book quickly. So I just want you to be aware that you have other options! Quick Service dining options are available, and these do not require reservations. Most of these actually offer Mobile Ordering through the Disneyland Mobile app, which is super convenient. We use Mobile Ordering all the time and highly recommend it!
