You are correct that Dining Plans are currently temporarily suspended, but refillable resort mugs are still available. These mugs can still be refilled at the Quick-Service locations at your Disney Resort hotel and as everything is being organised for reduced contact it is likely that the Cast Members will assist with these. I understand that they will refill your drink into a paper cup for you to dispense into your refillable mug (if you choose to do so).
Quick-Service locations are encouraging Guests to use mobile ordering which can be accessed via your My Disney Experience mobile app - you will select your menu items, make your payment and advise the restaurant when you are ready to collect your food.
At this time, during the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our holidays to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience. Please read this information about
