I know dining plan credits expire at midnight the day you check-out of your resort. However, if we book a room only reservation for the night we checked out of our hotel, can we still use the previous plan's dining credits until midnight?

    Hi Brooklyn,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

From what I understand, Disney Dining Plan and any other entitlements associated with your Disney Resort Hotel Package expire at midnight the day that your reservation ends. That means that, even if you’re choosing to stay an extra night with a “room only” reservation at the same Disney Resort Hotel, you won’t be able to use any unredeemed Disney Dining Plan credits the following day.

If you see that you’ll likely have several unused entitlements as you get closer to the end of your stay, I’d recommend asking your Lobby Concierge what your options are. They’ve always given me really creative ways to use my dining options, especially my snack credits!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other Disney Dining or other planning questions. We’re alway happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
