Do you know of any desserts, other than Dole Whips, that are Dairy free? I have an upcoming vacation and am crying over all the delish desserts I will not be able to eat!

    Hello Jessica!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

I’m so glad you asked about dairy free options at Disneyland Resort! My youngest son is gluten and dairy free and we’ve found some great treats in both parks. If you are dining at a table service location, you can make any special dietary request when making reservations ahead of time or right there at the parks. Just let the cast member know your needs and they can help you find some delicious options!

For quick service and treats, I would ask a cast member at the specific locations you visit what options you have. Since they change the menus and items regularly, they will be your best source of information.

There is also a great resource in the Special Dietary Requests page. Giving lots of information on how to make the most out of your food options.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you are planning your visit.

    See you real soon!
