Do you know how to delete a note in your My Disney Experience notes? I just tried but am not having any success doing so. Thank you!

Hi Donna! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It sounds like you have been very busy planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You must be thrilled that all your hard work is about to pay off since your visit is in just THREE more days! Hooray! I love how convenient My Disney Experience makes planning vacations to "The Most Magical Place on Earth." Having all the details in one spot makes keeping track of everything SO much easier!

I have had trouble in the past trying to delete notes as well, but I found this ah-maz-ing answer from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, Donyell, that gives step-by-step instructions on how to delete notes (click on the link I just provided to read her instructions). She explains doing so with a computer and with the My Disney Experience mobile app. Donyell does mention that sometimes there are issues when trying to delete through the mobile app, so keep that in mind.

If you are still having trouble, I recommend you give Disney a call directly at (407) 939-4357. They can help you troubleshoot any issues, or they may be able delete it on their end.

I hope this helps, Donna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
