    I would like to know if we decide to change from a moderate resort to a value resort are we able to do this ?

    Whether or not this is possible depends on a number of factors including the type of package you booked, how you booked room, and whether there is availability at the resort you'd like to switch to. You should speak about your own personal situation directly with Disney Reservations at 407-W-DISNEY. They will be able to look up your file and tell you what your options are for changing your resort.
