Port Orleans Resort French Quarter Pool

    Do you know days of the week the port orleans offers the mosaic tile classes? Can we reserve ahead of time?

    Welcome back to planDisney and thanks for visiting with a great question. Often when thinking about Walt Disney World Resort, we focus on the theme parks and don't explore the resorts as much but I can tell that isn't the case for you! There are many special offerings at the Disney Resort Collection hotels and it sure can be hard to try and squeeze all of the activities in. My daughters love anything related to art and I have a feeling the Mosaic tile would pique their interest! 

    Marianne, I spoke with a Cast Member about the details for the Mosaic Tile classes at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. In the class, Guests will receive a tile and choose smaller pieces to place on their tile as they'd like. It's a fantastic way to immerse oneself in an art design and will be a beautiful souvenir of the trip to Walt Disney World Resort. This class is for ages 12+ and can take up to 2 hours to complete. If you are interested in registering for a class, you'll first need to decide which location you'll be working from: 

    • Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter (Wednesday from 1-3pm at Scat Cat's Club)
    • Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside (Sunday from 1-3pm at Boatwrights)

    To Register for a class, Guests can visit or phone the Riverside Levee Marina.
