How do I know if I have any days left on a hopper ticket that was first used in 2020? We had planned to go back but because of the pandemic, was unable to.

Hi Sheryl! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for your question and visit!

I would be happy to check in with you regarding your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets. I hope this means you’ll be heading back to the Most Magical Place on Earth very soon. When it comes to most Disney Theme Park Tickets, you will find that most will have an expiration date of no more than 14 days after their date of first use. The exception to that would be a “no expiration” Ticket, which perhaps you purchased at the time! How brilliant!

If you think you may have that Ticket type, simply contact Disney Guest Relations by phone at (407) 939-1289 to have the cast Members look into this for you. They will be happy to shed light on this for you and help you figure out your next steps!

Sheryl, whether you have TIcket days left on your existing Ticket or you end up purchasing a new one, make sure that you remember to make Disney Park Pass Reservations once you have a valid Theme Park Ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account! In addition to a valid Ticket, these are required for each day you wish to visit a Theme Park. This and so much more is reviewed within the Experience Updates pages on the Walt Disney World website.

It has been a pleasure to hEAR From you, Sheryl! Please know that we are always here and ready to answer any questions you may have.

    Happy planning!
