Gary, the
“My Plans” tab in your My Disney Experience account is a great source of information. This tab includes information on your advance dining reservations,
Disney Resort hotel reservations, and theme park admission tickets (including annual passes) associated with your My Disney Experience account. If you switch over from “Daily Itinerary” to “Tickets & Memory” you can explore your Walt Disney World Resort annual pass expiration date as well as eligible/blockout dates. At present, there is no way to determine your annual pass monthly payment dates via My Disney Experience or the Walt Disney World Resort website. However, there is a way to determine this date via phone, Gary!
A friendly Cast Member at Passholder Payment Services can help you determine your annual pass monthly payment dates! Please dial (888) 701-4100 to reach the Walt Disney World Passholder Monthly Payment Plan hotline. Additionally, this is the same department you can call if you would like to
pay off the balance of your annual pass in advance of your payment date, or if you would like to process a lump sum payment and pay it off in full.
