Hello, Lisseth! Thank you for sailing our way as you prepare for your vacation aboard the beautiful Disney Dream.
Online check-in opens on the
Disney Cruise Line website 30 days before your voyage. To help this process go smoothly, you’ll need a picture of everyone’s passport, necessary visas, emergency contact information, credit card for any onboard purchases, and an individual color photo of each guest taken against a neutral background.
You will select a Port Arrival Time as part of the online check-in process. This is the designated time you should arrive at the terminal. Cast Members will check your Port Arrival Form and scan everyone’s passport to complete the
check-in process. Should you receive a message that you are unable to complete Online Check-in, please plan to arrive at the terminal building at 2:30 p.m. on the day of sailing. Before you know it, you'll walk through the golden Mickey ears and onto the ship!
Have you heard the news that the age range for youth clubs has changed? Sailors between the ages of 3 and 10 are welcome in Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Oceanner Lab, while those between the ages of 11 and 14 have access to the tween club, Edge. You can pre-register your younger children during online check-in or once you arrive on the ship.
I hope this information helps! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any additional questions. My pals and I are always happy to help.
SEAS the adventure!
