I know that Christmas decorations go up after Halloween comes down. But I can't find when the decorations come down? When in January?

Hello Ellen and thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with such a great question for us to help you with today.

The Holidays and Christmastime are amongst my most favourite times of the yEAR to visit the wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.  And one of the reasons that I love the Yuletide season so much, is because I adore all the incredible Holiday decor!  There's nothing quite like walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A within the Magic Kingdom Park and being surrounded by the magic of beautifully trimmed garlands, jewel-like Poinsettias and 1000s of twinkling lights... Ah, just thinking about it, is making me feel all festive!

Ellen, I'm more than happy to share that in my own experience of being at Walt Disney World Resort in early January, that generally speaking, right after the New Year has been welcomed in the Holiday decorations begin to disappEAR with that 1st week of January.  Typically, all signs of Christmas are carefully stowed away for another yEAR by the end of the 2nd week of January.

I hope that I've been able to provide a little additional insight for you today Ellen.  If you should have any further questions for me about a January or Spring vacation to the most magical place on earth, then please do return to planDisney where I'll be happy to help you once again.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
