Hi Amanda and welcome to planDisney!
July is such a fun time to visit Walt Disney World. Your magical vacation will be here before you know it!
Walt Disney World's policy is that children under three years old are free, so if your daughter is three, she will need valid
theme park tickets and
theme park reservations. The exact verbiage on the ticket purchasing page is, "Please note that children younger than age 3 don’t need a ticket." The age range for children at Walt Disney World is three to nine and then anyone ten and older is considered an adult. This is also the policy at all
Walt Disney World restaurants as well.
There are so many things to do with little ones at Walt Disney World and the
Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones page on the website will help guide you through how to make the most out of your vacation. There are so many great suggestions on choosing
attractions, dining and even your
Disney Resort hotel, if you haven't already done so. The Disney Parks Blog has also kicked off a
new video series just for planning vacations with little ones featuring myself and fellow planDisney Pal, LeAndra, to give you some tips navigating Walt Disney World with your toddler.
Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
