How do I know if I am checked in for room

Greetings Pamela, and welcome back to planDisney

You must be so excited that your summer vacation is just about hEAR. I'm so happy you'll be staying right in the middle of the magic at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection. Online check-in is a wonderful mouseketool that simplifies the arrival process so you can start having fun right away. There's also something exciting about checking in from home, knowing that your adventure is about to begin!

To ensure that everything is in order so you can take advantage of Direct-To-Room Service, log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans" from the dropdown menu. Scroll down through your plans until you see your resort reservation, and if you see a button to the right that says "Update Check-in," you are all set! To edit any of your information like arrival time, room requests, or credit card on file, use the update button and save your changes at the end. If you see a button that says "Start Check-in," you'll need to click on that and follow the prompts to see that you are checked in.

With Disney's Direct-To-Room Service, as long as you are fully checked in online, you can bypass the front desk and go straight to your room. You'll receive a text message or e-mail when your room is ready, and using either a MagicBand or the Unlock Door feature on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can enter your new home. It's so magical!

I hope this is helpful, Pamela. Best wishes for a wonderful stay, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!
