    I would like to know how I can cancel and get a refund for my animal kingdom purchases for Friday august 20, 2021

    Hakuna Matata! Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is always one of our favorite theme parks and we find it filled with so many must-do experiences.

    Now let's get to your question.

    Might you be asking about theme park ticket refunds? 

    While the theme park tickets you purchase for Walt Disney World Resort are nonrefundable, it's pixie-dust possible that you can still make magic with your theme park tickets for a future visit. 

    For starters, the theme park ticket will be valid for theme park admission until its expiration date. And even then, you can typically apply the amount you paid for unused tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.

    My best suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort Existing Tickets team at (407) 566-4985. The Cast Members can offer you the best guidance on your options for the theme park tickets you purchased.

    If you have made a theme park reservation that you would like to cancel, you can do that through the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets area of your My Disney Experience account. Your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations will display in your Daily Itinerary. You can click on the "View Details" button to see a link to cancel the reservation.
