I know you can only book FastPass tickets 30 days ahead when not staying in a Disney resort. If we're visiting the parks from May 13-16, on what day do we go online at 7am EST to try to get FastPasses for rides during that period?

    Hi Alison,

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question! Yes, you're exactly right that while Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel are able to make FastPass+ selections beginning 60 days in advance, all Guests, regardless of where they're staying, are able to make three FastPass+ selections per day 30 days ahead of time as long as they have valid tickets linked to their accounts. For you and your arrival date of May 13th, that means that you'll be able to make your first day's selections on April 13th. Without staying at a Disney Resort hotel, though, you won't be able to make selections for the entire length of your stay at one time. You'll want to log in each day for several days in a row to make your FastPass+ selections for each particular day. For the most availability, I'd encourage you to log in as close to 7:00 a.m. Eastern time as you can. I'm sending pixie dust that you'll be able to find the perfect selections for your trip!

Don't forget, too, that once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort and enjoy the selections you've made in advance, that you're able to use the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk to make additional FastPass+ selections, one at a time, pending availability, throughout the rest of the day. As soon as we've entered our last scheduled FastPass+ queue, I like to go ahead and make our next FastPass+ selection, maximizing our use of this great service. It will save you so much time and enable you to experience even more magic around the theme parks!

Have fun making your FastPass+ selections ahead of time and dreaming about all of the fun that you'll have once you arrive! I hope you have a truly magical vacation, Alison!
