    want to know the best way to get around for the evening dining from fort wilderness....dont know the bus schedules and how late we can get back or anything.

    Typically, you will be able to walk to the boat launch at Ft. Wilderness to take a boat back to the Magic Kingdom; from there, you can connect to your resort's transportation.  

    However, if you are dining later in the evening, resort buses may be available to take you directly to your resort.  Just make note of the signs indicating transportation or ask a cast member since the schedule changes. 

    Enjoy Ft. Wilderness -- Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a hoot and Trail's End Restaurant is one of the best kept secrets at Walt Disney World.
