I know the benefits of staying at a Disneyland resort but, if I purchase tickets from another place and not through Disney (some are cheaper), do you still get those benefits of a resort guest? Also, do you think the SoCal Pass gives you enough time?

    HI there Jennifer,

All guests of the Disneyland Hotels are welcome to take advantage of the many perks, not just those who have purchased vacation packages.

    These magical perks include:

-Extra Magic Hour (Early Admission into the parks)

-Use of the exclusive California Adventure Entrance inside Grand Californian

The only perks reserved for guests who have purchased a vacation package through the Walt Disney Travel Company are:

    -Toontown Morning Madness

    -Character Calls

    -Preferred show seating

As of September 29th, Magic Mornings will be available every day during your registered stay. On SUndays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, you'll be able to enter Disneyland Park an hour early.  On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, California Adventure will open one hour early to Disneyland Resort hotel guests.

Each member of your party must have a valid ticket and room key to enter the parks during Extra Magic Hour.

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
