I know there is a ban on wagons at Disneyland yet I saw two separate families with them IN the park on my last visit (Dec 2019). Are there special accommodations for individuals?

    Hi there, Sammi!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm glad you are preparing and planning for your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.

You are correct that recently the stroller guidelines have changed at the Disneyland Resort. Stroller wagons are not permitted, and all strollers must be no larger than 31" in width by 52" in length. Sometimes strollers outside of these guidelines are permitted due to medical reasons, special needs, or using a stroller as a wheelchair. Individuals who need these accommodations must get a tag from Guest Relations.

If you do not have a stroller that fits these guidelines, don't worry as the Disneyland Resort offers daily stroller rental for single and double strollers. These are rented on a first come, first served basis in front of Disneyland Park every day. Just make sure you arrive early to make sure you can get a stroller.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a magical and merry day!
