Hello. I know that we are allowed to bring in unopened water/soda to the parks. Are we also permitted to bring Non-Alcoholic canned beer/cocktails as well?

Hey there, Brandon! Welcome to planDisney. I appreciate you coming by with this question to make sure can enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks with the refreshments you want to stay cool and enjoy your day.

As you know, Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol into the theme parks. Being cautious like you, I checked with a Cast Member who confirmed Guests may bring food and nonalcoholic beverages into the parks for their own consumption. These items should be inspected with a bag check at the Security stations before you enter the parks.

I always recommend checking the list of park rules to make sure you are not surprised when you arrive. Among other policies that may be helpful to know, you can bring a small cooler to keep your beverages chilled, but it cannot be larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. You also cannot bring glass containers or loose or dry ice. Some people bring ice in sealed plastic bags, but I think the reusable ice packs are much better at staying cool in the Florida heat.

If you are looking for zero-proof beverages while in the parks, be sure to head to Pongu Pongu in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. The Night Blossom is a fabulous non-alcoholic specialty beverage with layers of Apple and Desert Pear Limeade that pack a tangy punch, topped with Boba Balls—the perfect combination! In Magic Kingdom Park, the Enchanted Orange Dream at  Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen has DOLE Whip Orange with vanilla soft-serve and an orange candy rim. Any drink that starts with DOLE Whip you know will be good.

I hope this information is helpful as you plan your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any other questions, please come back by planDisney.

    Cheers!
