Do they still do "The Kiss Goodnight" at the MK after the Wishes fireworks show? I am hoping so because I would like to see it when I go to WDW in 2016!

    Hi Judy!

Great question!  The answer to your question is yes! The "goodnight kiss" or sometimes called "kiss goodnight" is a unpublished secret and many guests don't realize that they are experiencing it! The goodnight kiss is a light, music and narration sequence which occurs in the Magic Kingdom's Main Street Area. It usually takes place about 20-30 minutes after the Wishes Nighttime Fireworks and lasts about 3 minutes. You will know it has started when you hear the "When you wish upon a star" song playing and you will see Cinderella's Castle light up and even twinkle. Then you will hear a voice thanking guests for visiting the Magic Kingdom. Just like a goodnight kiss, it a way for Disney to bid farewell to their guests for the night!

I can tell you from experience, it is so lovely, that it can even give you chills!

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
