Well hello there Emily!
It's been a while ... and I'm so happy to see your name back in my question box again!
It looks like your magical trip to Walt Disney World is fast-approaching now! Is everyone getting excited?
You have several
Childcare options to choose from at Walt Disney World.
There are some fabulous Children's Activity Centers. These fabulous centers are my preferred method of child care during vacation and I used them many times over many years! My children's favourite was always The Never Land Club at Disney's Polynesian Resort. While the kids spent the evening there, my husband and I would jump on the monorail and enjoy some fabulous, adult dining at the nearby Grand Floridian or Contemporary Resorts. These centers are for ages 3-12 and rates are currently $11.50/hr/child with a 2-hour minimum. Advance Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE. You can make some dinner reservations during the same phone call too!
Another option to consider is In-Room Childcare. This is arranged through a company called
Kid's Nite Out who are highly recommended by Walt Disney World. Using the link above, click on the 'Read More' blue wording under the In-Room Babysitting information. You'll find a complete listing of rates and contact information there. This service can be reserved in advance of your trip, or once you've arrived on site at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
If you have additional questions about Childcare or would like some dining recommendations for your evening out, please don't hesitate to write me back Emily. I'd love to hear from you again!
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
