    Hi Kirsten - is there any word on when we Canadian Disney fans can expect to have access to the new My Disney Experience website?

    Hi Elizabeth!

    While the updates to the Walt Disney World website are amazing, they have resulted in a few little hiccups along the way. You're not the only Canadian I've heard has experienced difficulties, so rest assured that you're not alone. I'm happy to share what finally worked for me to be able to start experiencing the fabulous new My Disney Experience version of the site.

    First of all, you'll want to clear the history, cache and cookies stored in your browser(s). After doing so, shut your browser down, or even re-start your computer. I had little success with either Safari or Firefox on my own machine, but Chrome is working fabulously for me now. I'd recommend that you try that browser if it's not what you normally use.

    Once your browser has been forced to 'forget' all previous versions of the site you've been visiting, rather than entering any of the usual 'Canadian' Disney website addresses, go directly to www.mydisneyexperience.com

    You should see a different sign in screen, and once logged in successfully, you'll be on the new site and able to start setting up your new profile(s). Every once in a while, I'll stumble upon a link that will take me back into the 'old' site, and I'll have to re-start my browser and log in again to return to the MyDisneyExperience site.

    You should also keep in mind that not all Guests who have Disney Profiles set up are being directed to the new site just yet. It's being done in stages, so there's a chance that your profile isn't ready to be flipped over yet. Once you're in - I promise you that you're just going to LOVE all the fabulous features on the new site. The interactive maps, planning tools, daily park hours including show times and so much more are just fantastic!
