Kirsten thx for reply....to followup, for the deal i found out of the 4 resorts only those two were avaiable so that why the decision on those.also both kids are girls 11,9. So any info/tips would be welcome as to shows, dining, etc they wud enjoy hopper??

    Hi Brad!

    Thanks for visiting again.

If you're interested in trying some Character Dining, a few of my daughter's favourites through the years have included Princess Storybook Dining for breakfast at Akershus as well as 1900 Park Fare for Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner. 1900 Park Fare is a great dinner option for a day at Magic Kingdom as it's just a short monorail or boat ride to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Akershus is in Epcot's Norway Pavilion and a great way to start your day there.

Other family favourite, non-character dining options include Teppan Edo for dinner in Epcot's Japan, Mama Melrose Ristorante Italiano for dinner at Hollywood Studios, 'Ohana for dinner at the Polynesian Resort and Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney.

To reserve any of these great meals for your family, visit Online Dining Reservations or call in at (407) WDW-DINE. Reservations may be made up to 180 days before arrival.

In the parks, some great shows not to miss include Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage at Hollywood Studios, Finding Nemo - The Musical and Festival of the Lion King both at Animal Kingdom as well as the Jeweled Dragon Acrobats at Epcot's China Pavilion. All feature amazing dance or acrobatics and stunning costuming that your girls are sure to enjoy! Be sure to check the parks' daily Times Guide slip for show times.

The Park Hopper is a nice feature but certainly not necessary. I find it much easier to spend whole days in each park. If you know that minds and plans may change midday or you may want to visit multiple parks in the same day for dining or to be able to view favourite nighttime shows many times over, then the Park Hopper may be right for your family!

If I can assist you further in your plans Brad, please visit me again with as many questions as you need answered!

Wishing you a Magical time planning your Walt Disney World vacation!
