Kirsten, thank you for your help. Can we don't have rsvp until 7:50 we planned on walking around until then can I access all of downtown Disney regardless if I get off at either bus stop? This is our 1st trip to downtown Disney.

    Hello again Mary!

You're most welcome! It's my pleasure to help you out.
The fabulous shopping and dining areas of Downtown Disney's Marketplace and West Side are open to the public. You are absolutely welcome to arrive early and take some time to stroll around - in fact - I strongly encourage you to do so! It's by far one of my favourite ways to spend the evening when I'm not gazing at Cinderella Castle while watching Wishes ;)

Many of the shops in the area are open until 11pm or later, so you may even find that you'll have some time after your Dining Reservation to enjoy some more sightseeing and people watching. There's always something interesting going on including live musicians, outdoor performances and more.

Another stop I'd highly recommend if you have time (and any appetite remaining) is an after-dinner stop at Ghirardelli's. My ultimate, favourite way to end the evening is to share a 'Gold Rush' sundae (peanut butter and hot fudge) and a Sea Salt Caramel Hot Cocoa with my husband. It also happens to be a great place to sit and 'people-watch' while you sip and savour your treats.

When your evening comes to a close, you are welcome to board the bus at either the Marketplace or West Side stops to return to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

I hope to hear from you again soon Mary!
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
