Hi Kirsten! We are staying at the Bay Lake Tower in March for 2 nights, doing a 7-night Fantasy cruise, then 10 nights at the Beach Club Villas. Do you know if Bell Services would hold any of our bags for us while we are on the cruise? Thanks so much!

    Hi Corinne!

My apologies for the delayed response to your important question!
I was just down at Walt Disney World myself enjoying the New Fantasyland! You're going to have an amazing time seeing it all for yourself in March!

What a fantastic trip you've got coming up!
Unfortunately, Bell Services is not able to hold luggage overnight for Guests of the resorts. The service is intended for arrival and departure days only unfortunately. I made some phone calls on this very topic myself just last year as I had hoped to do the very same thing you're requesting, when my family were on a WDW-DCL Dream-WDW holiday ourselves!

If you have a considerable amount of extra luggage, you may wish to inquire through some of the outside companies in the Orlando area which provide storage or lockers for short or long term storage. They may even be able to arrange a pick up and drop off for you.

I must let you know however that I didn't end up choosing this route myself, We chose to take everything with us to the ship, and we were pleased to find that we had no problem with storing our 'extra' luggage right in our room. The beds on the newer ships are more raised up from the floor, allowing you to slide your luggage underneath for storage! We unpacked as much as we could, and put the items we didn't need beneath the bed and in the closet. It all worked out just fine!

Another favourite 'extra tip' of mine... bring lots of lightweight plastic hangers in your luggage. They take up less room in your closets at the resorts and on board the cruise. When packing to leave WDW, leave your items on their hangers so that it's super fast to re-hang it all on board the Disney Cruise Line!

Thanks for writing to me Corinne.
I hope to hear from you again soon!

Wishing you a simply Magical time as your anticipate your upcoming Walt Disney World land and sea (and land) vacation!
