    Hi Kirsten, my son and his family are planning a trip to Disney in February, Is it better to purchase passes there or do it from Canada using online. Also I am the grandmother, and I would like to purchase some gift cards.. again what is the best way.

    Walt Disney World Park tickets can be purchased a variety of different ways. If your son and family are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, their best and most convenient method of purchase would be to have their tickets included in a Magic Your Way Vacation Package.

    If your son and family are staying off-site while in Florida, tickets may be purchased at the Park's Guest Services locations or at Downtown Disney upon arrival. You can indeed purchase park tickets online, even from Canada, in advance. I've included the link for you.

    Disney Store locations in Ontario also sell park tickets right in the store! If you happen to have a Disney Store near you, pop in and pick up a brochure which will outline the different ticket types and prices, much like online. You'll find the pricing to all be relatively comparable, though online you'll be purchasing in US dollars so just keep an eye on rates!

    You can also order Disney Gift Cards Online and have them delivered to your home for gift-giving to your family prior to their magical vacation. I've included the link for Gift Card purchases for you to take a look at. There are a variety of fun designs to choose from, making it easy to choose different ones for the grandchildren based on their favourite Disney Characters and even for mom and dad too!
