Hi Kirsten E! I have seen photos of the new extra bed in the POR rooms ( no more trundles). They look like they take up a lot of room. For a large family of 5, are we better to just get 2 rooms or is there is plenty of space with these new beds? Thanks

    Hello Suzanne!

It's great to hear that you've been doing some online research regarding the new set-up of the rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, which sleep 5 Guests!

The new wall pull-down beds sleep a child of about 9 years or younger quite comfortably. Additionally, the bed folds away to practically nothing at all when it's not being used! Best of all, just beneath the bed you'll find some great, additional storage. This room type is the perfect option for the family of 5 who would like an economical, yet magical option for the whole family.

I'm quite certain that you'll find plenty of storage space for your family!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.
Wishing you a simply Magical time as you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation!
