What you have heard is correct. There is indeed a way that you can order most Walt Disney World Theme Park Merchandise items to be shipped to your home - even here in Canada! The shipping fee is very reasonable, and lower than the fees we pay to have items shipped from the Disney Store website.
You can contact Merchandise Guest Services by phone or by email.
Call 1-877-560-6477 or Email
merchandiseguestservices@disney.go.com and advise the Cast Member of the item(s) you are hoping for. The more information you can provide, (sku # if possible, or a detailed description including where you saw the item(s) in the parks) the more likely they'll be able to track down the item for you. If you don't have detailed info, don't worry, they can use key words to search their database to help you out. Once it's determined that the item you seek is available, you'll be advised of the item cost and the shipping fee to get it to you. Upon your agreement, payment and shipping information will be gathered and your item will be on its way to you!
How simple is that?
It's a fantastic way to pick up an item you may have forgotten, lost, broken or misplaced ...a way to get that extra-special Birthday or Christmas gift - or just to give you a little "Disney-fix" between trips!
