Hi Lisa!
I always enjoy hearing from my fellow Canadians! Welcome to the Moms Panel.
I'm so glad to hear that you're thinking of visiting Walt Disney World!
For a first-time visit, you'll want to plan on at least 5 full days, longer if you're able. Personally, I find that my family is able to see and do most of what we want to do, when we visit for 8-10 days, but that may be a little much depending on the ages of your children and the time of year you're planning to visit.
If you'll be visiting during a peak travel season, or when the weather is hot, allowing some extra days for pool time at your Disney Resort Hotel and at the Disney Water Parks really allows you to make the most of your visit to Walt Disney World.
There are quite often Special Offers available for Canadian visitors. Keep an eye on the local newspapers, TV commercials and even by visiting
www.disneyworld.ca - the Canadian version of the website - and then selecting 'Special Offers' at the bottom of the page. Here you'll always see the latest offers available and the time periods which they are available for. Be sure to visit the page often so you don't miss out on the offer that's perfect for
your family!
If you have additional questions as you begin planning, please don't hesitate to write me back. I'd love to hear from you again and would be happy to provide you with recommendations.
Wishing you a simply Magical time as you begin planning your family's Walt Disney World vacation!
Kirsten
