Hi Kirsten, through DVC we always purchase the regular dining plan, one quick service, one sit down, one snack per day. We have no problem booking meals, but quick service and snacks another story...can you recommend some new and different options?

    Hi Shannon!

    Thanks for visiting me!
Mmmmm... a topic that is near and dear to my heart! I love discovering new and delicious Quick Service Dining options and YUMMY treats and snacks around the park. I'll be happy to share a few of my favourites with you!

    Magic Kingdom
My favourite finds for quick service dining at Magic Kingdom include the delicious Waffle Sandwiches at Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square, and the fantastic Taco Salad at Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland. When it comes to snacking or having a treat, nothing can beat my Pineapple Float with Orange Dole Whip at Aloha Isle. Other favourite indulgences include the new LeFou's Brew or a Warm Cinnamon Roll at Gaston's Tavern.

    Hollywood Studios
Writer's Stop is my favourite spot for a morning or afternoon snack. So many delicious treats and the best caffe latte around. For a quick and casual lunch, consider Starring Rolls Cafe for a piled-high sandwich or, my favourite, a hot dog in a pretzel roll at Min and Bill's.

    Epcot
Now the top picks become more difficult with so many choices here! For a quick lunch, I love the Sunshine Seasons Food Court in the lower level of The Land pavilion. When it comes to treats, my 'must visit' stops include a Kaki Gori shave ice in Japan, the incredible Ice Cream sandwich at Fountainview Cafe (it's huge!) and a stop at the Boulangerie in France.

    Animal Kingdom
My top pick here is the BBQ Chicken Salad at Flame Tree BBQ. Discovered it on my most recent trip to WDW and I am hooked! Paired with a Mandarin Orange Lemonade ... it's my new favourite lunch at Animal Kingdom. Treat-wise, the deliciously creamy soft serve waffle cone at the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck has claimed my heart (and sweet tooth) for many, many years.

All this Disney food talk is making me hungry! Time to go cook dinner!
I hope you'll write me back again soon Shannon! Have a Magical day!
