What kind of transportation is available to visit other resorts? Example which resorts does the Ferryboat take you to?

    Hello, Collette!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so honored you have allowed us to help plan your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

One of the great perks Walt Disney World provides to guests is Disney's complimentary resort transportation to all of the different Disney Theme Parks. I have to be honest and say there are not many alternatives to travel from resort to resort; however, there are a few options to discuss:

If you use the Monorail (my favorite Disney mode of transportation), you can travel to Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

If you use the boat or water taxi in the Magic Kingdom area, you can travel to Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds, and Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

If you use the Friendship boat or water taxi in the Epcot Resort area, you can travel to Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Villas Resort, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, and Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

You can travel by ferryboat from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.

You can travel by ferryboat from Disney's Old Key West Resort to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!  We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
