Hello Ashtin and welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! Isn't it just so extra magical that
Disneyland Park has recently opened its gates for the 1st time in forever! And, of course, I can just imagine how excited you must be about your upcoming visit next month to the happiest place on earth.
I'm more than delighted to share that as we continue
Returning to a Land of Magic, Guests aged 3 years old and over will indeed need a valid
theme park ticket and
theme park reservation for the same day, and the same park they wish to visit.
At present, these all-important theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability. Plus, until further notice and as per California State guidelines, only California residents may visit the parks in groups of no larger than 3 households.
Ashtin, as you rightly mentioned, proof of residency such as a valid Government-issued ID may be required to gain entry into Disneyland Resort. However, you'll no doubt be pleased to hEAR that Guests will first need to log into their
Disney account to make their theme park reservations, and of course, that account should be associated with a California address to initially prove residency. I would recommend, in a bid to just to be double-bubble sure of proving residency, that it might be a good idea to also bring with you a utility bill clearly stating both your name and Californian postal address.
Ashtin, I hope I've been able to provide a little insight for you today! And, now all that remains is for me to wish you a visit to Disneyland Resort that's sure to be practically perfect in every way.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
